Filadelfia Estate is located in Antigua, Guatemala. The hotel address is 150 meters North of the San Felipe Chapel. The only Gothic Chapel in Antigua. Great care has been given to choose only the best quality material, to adapt the ancestral home into a welcoming small luxury hotel with 20 units, all large and comfortable with Pratesi linen sheets and soft Turkish towels, each one with a view of the Agua Volcano. The old plantation house was transformed and enlarged starting in the year 2004 to what it is today the hotel which opened in November 2006. The hotel is practically completed with the exception of the tennis courts that are under construction and the fitness center which we will start building after Easter week that is temporarily housed in one of the meeting rooms.

Our Standard rooms are 240ft2 (22m2), and very comfortable. Our Superior rooms are 495ft2 (46m2), comfortable and very quiet. Every room has Wi-Fi access 1 Mb, large King size bed some with 2 queen size beds and Pratesi Rivolta Carmignani Egyptian Cotton sheets, Hypo-Allergenic Pillows and comforter, upscale amenities, black-out window shades, I-Pod with sound base, panoramic view of the Agua Volcano and swimming pool set in a large 3 Acre landscaped garden.

6 Superior with King Bed, 8 Superior with 2 Queen Beds, 2 Suites, 4 Standard Rooms with King Bed. We offer a unique Guatemalan and Central American experience. Filadelfia Coffee Resort and Spa is the brainchild of Don Roberto Dalton, and when you stay at the Hotel, you are staying with Don Roberto and sharing the heritage of a traditional coffee plantation or estate with the Dalton family. Our rooms are spacious, comfortable and very quiet. Every room has WiFi access 1 Mb, large beds and Pratesi Rivolta Carmignani Egyptian Cotton sheets, I-Pod with sound base and a privileged view of the Agua Volcano and pool with large garden area.

Our suites are spacious almost 1,200ft2 (110m2), comfortable and very quiet. Every suite has WiFi access, Large King size bed, 32” LCD High Definition Sony Bravia TV, Pratesi Rivolta Carmignani Egyptian Cotton sheets, Hypo-Allergenic Pillows and comforter, Upscale amenities, Black-out window shades, I-Pod with sound base, a panoramic view of the Agua Volcano and the swimming pool set in a large 3 Acre landscaped garden.

The Filadelfia Coffee Resort and Spa cuisine, prepared by the Italian chef Antonio Morabito, is a reflexion of the Mediterranean culinary experience. The recipes are created with the characteristic Italian discipline and tradition of culinary excelence. They are inspired on a fusion concept involving sea products, meat and fresh local produce. What you see on the menu is what you will get on your plate. No further complications. The recipes are the result of years of experience, with the simplicity that comes with maturity.
